Reiki Training Courses

I offer professional Reiki training from Level One through to Master Teacher.

My teaching style is passionate, practical and personal. I believe learning is about far more than reading a manual and collecting a certificate. You'll have plenty of opportunity to experience the techniques for yourself, ask questions, practise your skills and build confidence in your own ability.

I keep my courses relaxed and down-to-earth, with plenty of personal attention, honest guidance and a healthy dose of humour. Because let's face it, learning something new is much easier when you're allowed to laugh along the way!

My Reiki training follows the Usui lineage, combining traditional Reiki principles with practical, hands-on experience and a strong emphasis on your own development as you progress.

Reiki Level One — Foundation

Reiki Level One is where your Reiki journey begins.

This level introduces you to the history and principles of Reiki, what Reiki is and how it is traditionally understood as an energy-healing practice.

We'll explore energy, the aura and chakras, as well as developing your awareness of how you experience and respond to energy yourself.

A big part of Level One is self-Reiki and self-awareness. Before working with others, I believe it's important to experience the practice for yourself and begin developing your own relationship with Reiki.

You'll have the opportunity to practise the techniques hands-on, experience Reiki from both sides of the treatment space and develop confidence in giving Reiki to yourself and others.

Your Level One training includes your Reiki attunement, course manual and certificate.

Level One covers:

Level One isn't about becoming an expert overnight. It's about building a solid foundation, experiencing Reiki for yourself and beginning to understand how you want to work with it.

Reiki Level Two — Practitioner Level

Level Two takes your Reiki practice deeper and introduces you to working with Reiki in a more focused practitioner capacity.

We'll explore the three traditional Reiki symbols, their meanings and how they are used within Reiki practice.

You'll learn about distance healing, how to work with Reiki beyond physical proximity and different ways of using the symbols within your practice.

There is also a greater focus on developing your confidence as a practitioner — not simply knowing the techniques, but understanding how to work with them responsibly, thoughtfully and with integrity.

Level Two covers:

Working with and understanding the symbols
Distance Reiki
Sending Reiki to others

Level Two is about expanding what you already know while continuing to develop your own awareness, confidence and connection with the practice.

Reiki Master Level

Reaching Reiki Master is another step in your Reiki journey — but I don't see it as simply collecting the next certificate.

Master training is about deepening your own practice, developing your understanding and taking on greater responsibility, particularly if you want to go on to teach Reiki yourself.

We'll explore the Master level teachings, symbols and attunement process, alongside the practicalities and responsibilities involved in supporting others on their Reiki journey.

For those who choose to become Reiki teachers, we'll also look at how to prepare for teaching, giving attunements and creating a safe, supportive learning environment for your own students.

For me, becoming a Reiki Master is about humility, integrity and continued learning. You don't suddenly become more important because you've reached Master level. You simply take on another level of responsibility for how you practise, teach and represent the work.

Crystal Healing Practitioner

Crystal healing training introduces you to working intentionally with crystals as part of a holistic healing practice.

We'll explore the traditional uses and properties of crystals, how to choose and work with them, cleansing and preparation, placement and practical techniques for incorporating crystals into an energy-healing session.

The emphasis is on understanding, experience and practical application rather than simply memorising a list of crystals and their supposed properties.

You'll have the opportunity to work with different crystals for yourself, explore how you experience them and develop confidence in incorporating crystal work into your own practice. The course includes full experiential training, a comprehensive manual, and your Crystal Healing Practitioner Certificate.
