Sound Baths & Guided Meditation

£15pp

Sometimes we don't need another thing to achieve, fix or figure out. We simply need some time to pause.

My sound baths and guided meditations create space to step away from the noise of everyday life, settle the body and mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Both are deeply relaxing experiences, but they offer something slightly different.

Sound Bath Meditation

My sound baths are immersive, sensory experiences using crystal singing bowls, gong, Reiki drum, peace chimes and voice, including angelic toning.

Rather than following a spoken journey throughout, the sound itself becomes the focus. You can lie back, get comfortable and allow the layers of sound and vibration to wash over you while you breathe and simply receive.

I see sound as a form of medicine for the soul. It can give the busy mind something else to focus on, encourage slower breathing and create a sense of space between you and the demands of everyday life.

You don't need any experience with meditation or sound healing. There is nothing to get right.

Notice. Listen. Breathe. Receive.

Guided Meditation

My guided meditation sessions are Monthly and themed, so no two may be quite the same.

The theme might be gentle and grounding, focused on self-awareness or self-healing, or take you somewhere a little more imaginative and exploratory.

Sessions may include:

  • Progressive muscle relaxation

  • Body scans

  • Guided journeys

  • Self-awareness and self-healing practices

  • Shamanic drum journeys

  • Meeting your Higher Self

  • Visualisation and inner exploration

  • Breath and relaxation techniques

Some meditations are beautifully simple and grounding. Others invite deeper reflection or a more immersive inner journey.

I also make my guided meditations accessible to people who don't naturally visualise. You don't need to be able to “see” pictures in your mind for meditation to work. You can simply listen, notice what you experience and allow the journey to unfold in whatever way it does for you.

What to Expect

You don't need to be experienced at meditation, spiritually minded or particularly good at “switching your brain off”.

In fact, if your brain is anything like mine, telling it to stop thinking is probably the quickest way to make it produce a full committee meeting!

Instead, you're given something to gently focus on, whether that's the sound, my voice, your breath, your body or the experience itself.

You can simply settle in, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided.

There is no right way to experience a meditation or sound bath. You might feel deeply relaxed. You might notice emotions, thoughts or physical sensations. You might drift in and out. You might even fall asleep.

All of it is okay.

Monthly Guided Meditation

My guided meditation evenings are offered monthly, with a different theme each time.

Each session is designed to give you a little space away from the usual noise and demands of life — somewhere you can pause, breathe, listen and spend some time with yourself.

I'm Ready to Meet You as You Are.

You don't need to know how to meditate.

You don't need to clear your mind.

You don't need to believe anything in particular.

Just bring yourself.
